When Hitomi and I went back to Japan in July of 2001, Hitomi's parents
treated us to some traditional wedding photos done by a professional
photographer. It took about 40 minutes to get Hitomi dressed and made
up (the hair is a hair piece and not her real hair). For me, it took
about 5 minutes. I think that the woman helping me get dressed was
amused, and she joked that she could tie up my long hair to look like
an old-fashioned samurai.
