We ordered the "sake course" which allowed us to choose 3 different varieties
of local sakes. All had different flavours, and all were very good. For those
who have tasted sake outside Japan, it usually the hot sake variety.
However, this is generally low grade sake, and the kinds you often get in
Japan are much tastier.
