Later in the day, Hitomi and I took the cable car up the other side
of the valley where there were a lot of parapentes. I never thought about
it much before, but after watching them, it sure seemed like a lot of fun.
Most interesting was when you watched them decend. In order to lose altitude
quickly, they would get themselves into a spiral that looked out of control.
However, as they approached the ground, they would come out of it and
gracefully land on two feet.
