I moved from Canada straight down to Mountain View where I was hired by one of my former university professors. I enjoyed working for Synopsys very much (especially in the early days), and in fact more than 10 years later I am still working for the same company. The only difference now is that starting with the beginning of 2000, I transferred to the office in Grenoble, France.
